Hi - I am very curious about the controller. Do you have any details on it?

Hi Steve,

The schematic is over here: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=67

I used the 3 phase 2 hp Ironhorse motor with a Huanyang 2.2kW (3 hp) VFD in a Hammond enclosure, some terminal blocks, fuses and a 12 V power supply.

The remote is a small Hammond cast aluminum enclosure that contains a tachometer, momentary start and stop buttons, a forward/reverse toggle switch, two LEDs and the speed control pot. I printed a label for the remote on Avery Duralabel. Wiring to the remote is a length of printer cable with overall shield to keep the noise down.

Any questions let me know.

Hey Dan,

I'm curious how you attached the magnet for the hall effect sensor. Did you drill out material in the drive wheel?
