Re: Electrical components
I have a very rudimentary list. I will upload a schematic and proper Bill of Materials for the electrical on how I did it. However, this will not always be the same for every build with different VFD, motor, etc.

Re: Electrical components
Hi Dan !
I was looking up the vfd model number on amazone
And the model number you provided seems to ne a
110v drive
I believed it should be a 220v drive
Could you Check and confirm
The model number of the drive you are using ?
Also i wanted to ask are you Still satisfied with this
Drive ?
Thanks

Re: Electrical components
Hi, It should be linking to a: "2.2kw 2200w 10a 220 to 250v VFD Variable Frequency Drive"
http://amzn.to/2sZcsTi
The actual model number on the VFD is HY02D223B
The drive is working fine. It runs much cooler than expected.

Re: Electrical components
Thanks dan !
I guess they changed the model number since you
Purchased yours .
I have another question LOL
Electrical is not my strong point !
For the switching power i cant find the 1.5A
I found a 1.25A
If i remember correctly it should be ok to use
The 1.25A model ! Right?
Thanks Again !!!

Re: Electrical components
1.25 A is not a problem.
Re: Electrical components
Hi Dan, have you tried any of the vfd’s from automation direct?
Re: Electrical components
A friend of mine has a the GS1 on a 1 hp at 120 V for about 5 years now. He really likes it. One hp is the limit you can drive with 120 V single phase GS1s.
