I am prepping to cut a set of parts and my plan is to attempt a replacement for the 12 205 spacers. Looking at the CAD files, I am noticing some unusual dimensions. An example is the center to center distance on the holes for the 205 spacer. I am seeing 3.7482". That dimension will definitely work if all pieces are cut the same, but is there a reason that it isn't 3.75" Is it my CAD software (LibreCAD)? Is the dimension really 3.75" in the original drawing? Looking at a few other parts, I noticed that the pivot hole on the 208 rear mount isn't centered on the 1.5" height of the part. None of the oddities will matter if the parts line up, but since the measurements are a little odd, I am wondering if it was intention or do I need to switch CAD programs/check every dimension.
Cheers!
Steve

Re: Noticing some odd dimensions
The dims that you are seeing In LibreCAD are correct. The original spacer pieces were from the EERF grinder CAD file. I started with that file as a base and made the holes in the frame to match.
If you wish to tweak them a bit and upload we can pass the improved file on.
Thanks,
Dan
