Calling all IEC motor guys. We're looking for the best possible option for a C face IEC motor frame. The IEC motors that I have been studying don't lend themselves handily to the design because of the D flange B5 is quite large to get through the left frame piece. However the C flange B14 looks promising. Some of the terminal boxes are choked right up to the shaft end.
Anyone have any suggestions? We can modify the files and make a proper metric IEC version when we get a common motor sorted out.
Thanks,
Dan

Re: IEC Motor
Would be this pdf helpful? NEMA/IEC chart
http://ecatalog.weg.net/files/wegnet/WE ... nglish.pdf
Me personally gathered B14A frame 80 (1.1 kW) with 19 mm shaft, but as I know - more popular are motors 1.5 kW with 22 mm shafts

Hi Craig
Was this the final drawing or are you still working on the rest? Also could I bother you for the pdf version? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
